Had pizza and cheese for sahur and regretting it. Was thirsty for the whole day T_T and drank like a horse during break-fast.

I wish there is a stream behind the forte of besi waja so that I can take a cruze and enjoy a beautiful scenery of any wira during the berita perdana everyday.

It was 8.45am, and I was hurrying towards the stairs leading to my office. I pass through the ladies, and instantly saw the yellow “WET” sign. Better be careful, I made a mental note. Then I saw the lady janitor. I smiled sheepishly to her and continued walking until suddenly she said :

“Bau wangi ke?” Are you smelling the nice scent?

I was caught offguard. Totally off that it made me said “Huh?!” quite loud. I was pretty uncomfortable to say “Huh” to another person, as my mom made me not to, long.. long time ago, but that’s another story. So, I checked myself and asked her again :

“Ape dia, makcik?” What did you say, makcik?

“Bau wangi ke?” Are you smelling the nice scent? She repeats.

What an odd question, I thought. When we pass a janitor cleaning the washroom, how often do we stop and smell it? And if we do smell it, don’t we normally just keep the thought to ourselves? And to think that I was in a hurry, too. The question just kinda… inappropriate and out of place.

However, to be nice, I wanted to reply “A’ah wanginye bau toilet ni” Yes, the toilet smells nice but at the very last minute, my brain made my lips say “Ape makcik kata tadi?” What did you say just now, makcik? (Yes, my brain taking over at the very last minute is a very common occurrence although sometimes I trust my lips more).

The lady janitor starts to look at me weirdly. Dia ni tak paham2 ke aku cakap banyak kali dah ni. Maybe that’s what she is thinking, but thank god lastly she said : (at least somebody’s brain is working fine.. lol)

“Makcik kata, baru mari ke?” I said, have you just arrived?

I want to burst out loud there and then. It was a simple question that can be answered with a nod or an apologetic smile but my complicated brain made it hard to comprehend. Buat ape lah nak susah2 kan ayat yang dah sedia senang.

So, with a big grin, I replied “Yer saya lambat harini, ade hal sikit kat rumah tadi, mertua saya ada kat rumah, anak2 tak pergi rumah pengasuh duduk kat rumah aje sampai petang karang”Yes, I am late today, got something happening at home, my inlaws are here and the kids don’t have to go to the sitter, they will be staying at home until the evening”.

Luckily the janitor just cast her weird sight at me and didn’t reply “Too much info, anak oii. Aku tanya sikit aje tadi”.

Tu lah. Lain kali salah lah dengar lagi..Not sure whether I need to cry or laugh over this. Huhuhaha…

Padan muka. Siapa suruh minum kopi time magrib tadi. Kan dah takleh tido huhu it's 3am-ish right now.. i want to sleep! Tulun2..

A token for attendance in the form of small plant for an event at one of the plants (yeah the sentence and word play was supposed to be clever but maybe it's quite lame haha). It comes with it's own small pot (yelah takkan nak bagi dlm plastik itam tu kot), and an additional IKEA pot as well. Very creative, I think. And kinda cute too. At least to the eyes of female attendees.

Some people just took the plant. Some grabbed the IKEA pot only. But many tokens were left on the seats, due to (almost) poor attendance to the event, and also (perhaps) this kind of token is... less attractive than usual?

For me the idea is fresh. With the "Go Green" and "Save the Earth" campaigns and whatnots, looking at a living plant in front of me, certainly give some assurance that something is being done. By me. I know.. i know.. small pot of plant.. what's the big deal, you might ask? But like caring for a little child, I know this will be the start of bigger responsibilities. Watering, baja-ing, the occassional sunbath.. etc. Thank god there's some instruction pasted on the side of the inner pot.

Let's just hope this little guy doesn't died on me first ajer.. hahaha. Knowing me yg jenis teruja sekejap aje ni.. ada possibility tu.. lol.

Siti Hajar's 3rd Birthday Cake

Kek Coklat Moist from scrumptious-crumbs.blogspot.com ni utk Hajar. Best giller. 1st tunjuk kat Hajar, terus dia pegang ngan both hands (mcm pegang bola tu) sabo je la huhuhuhu Happy Birthday Hajar!! Terasa mcm nak reka je birthday so that boleh order lagi muahahaha

Kenapa lah bizi sgt ni huhu

Dah penuh jadual idup aku ni rupernye. 24jam mcm tak cukup. Actually cukup kalo tak tido, tapi tido kan penting? (prinsip idup aku sejak sekolah menengah). Pernah gak cuba kurangkan tido. Tapi biasenye boleh tahan 2 hari je. Masuk ari ke 3 for sure jadi Zomba Kg Pisang. Macam ne ek? Hajat di hati nak baiki diri ni. Takkan selama ni gini aje, kan?

Ade gak google sana sini utk tips.. tapi.. sekadar google aje la... tak dapat nak praktik kan hehe hopefully bila baby dah beso sikit boleh la allocated time utk benda2 berfaedah (mahupun tidak berfaedah) hehehe

Ni la gambo yg agak latest utk 3 org yg memenuhkan masa ai buat waktu ni. Most of the time, i love being around them (note the word "most of the time"). Hahaha
